This fake was originally created by deliberately posing a model for a deceptive photograph that was said to be of Sophia Loren. Years later, the photo was scanned into digital form to put it in circulation on the Net and the deception continued. Another example: In Wanted Poster #11, a fake of Lynda Carter was created by air-brush techniques for a magazine article. Years later that fake was scanned and distributed around the Net as being a real picture.
