This fake wasn't created by pasting someone else's body parts onto a picture of Jacqueline Bisset, it was done by digitially painting over parts of the picture to remove the clothing. Most of it was undoubtedly done by "cloning" (copying elements from one place and putting them in another place) but other parts could have been simply digitally painted on.
