Creating fakes can be fun. The Fake Detective and his staff save many pictures found on the Net with the idea of creating something with them. While we no longer create many true fakes, we often do use these pictures to create interesting covers for 3-ring binders filled with our notes, letters, etc. The above illustration is on the cover of the 3-ring binder that holds our web site statistics. There are different kinds of fake celebrity photographs..

Fake photographs are not all just celebrities' heads pasted on someone else's body. Although that type of fake is the most common, there are other kinds. Here are the most common types:

Most celebrities do NOT pose for nude photographs!.

The typical movie actress sees a great difference between doing a nude scene in a movie and posing for a nude photograph. Sandra Bullock did a nude scene in "Fire On The Amazon"; Gillian Anderson did a nude scene in "The Turning"; and even Barbra Streisand appeared topless in "The Owl And The Pussycat". But even though these actresses have done nude scenes in movies, they have NEVER posed in the nude for still photographs. They see POSING in the nude as very very different from acting in a movie scene. However, there are plenty of actresses who have posed in the nude - Mariel Hemingway, Geri Halliwell, Lauren Hutton, Margot Kidder, Madonna, Alyssa Milano, Demi Moore and many many others.

By knowing what a celebrity will pose for and what she will not pose for, TheFake Detective has his first clue to determining whether a picture is a fake or not. When he spots a Sandra Bullock "nude", for example, he KNOWS that Sandra does not pose in the nude, so all he has to do to expose the fake is to find the real head shot. And this can usually be done fairly easily by hunting through the image galleries on Sandra's many many fan web sites.

Celebrities who pose nude do not usually pose for only ONE picture.

If The Fake Detective has never before found a nude picture of a certain celebrity and suddenly comes across one, no matter how real it looks, he is automatically suspicious and begins an investigation to determine and prove that it is a fake. This is because when celebrities pose for nude photographs, they do not normally pose for only one picture. They do a "photo shoot" - which involves taking many pictures - from which the best will be selected to appear in the magazine article or whatever. And in the world of the Internet, all the others are also likely to end up in circulation.

Very very very few celebrities pose for "twat shots"!

The most common type fake - by far - is the "twat shot" fake, i.e., a fake that was created using a picture of some unknown woman that gives a clear view of her genital area because her legs are spread or because the picture was taken from some angle that gives such a view. It shouldn't take much wondering to fully understand why horny young men like this particular type of fake. One could safely assume that every twat shot celebrity photograph is a fake if it weren't for a few that are real - most notably pictures of Madonna and Demi Moore - and even in these cases the Demi Moore picture does NOT show more than pubic hair. The ONLY women who pose for true"twat shots" that display the genital area are women who are willing to pose for pornography.

If The Fake Detective sees a twat shot picture of a well known celebrity, he usually just passes it by. He doesn't have time to investigate OBVIOUS fakes. And the fact that it is a twat shot generally makes it an obvious fake.

Nearly all nude celebrity pictures said to have been taken by a "friend" or "boyfriend" or "while in college" are fakes or look-alikes.

This is a very common scam for distributing look-alike fakes - particularly of young celebrities. Whenever we see a nude picture with a text message that says the picture was taken back in college days (like this Lisa Kudrow look-alike) or that it was somehow obtained from a relative or friend (like this Candice Cameron look-alike), we automatically assume that it is a look-alike fake. Until very recently we had never found any real nude celebrity pictures taken by old boyfriends or relatives. Then the pictures of Dr. Laura Schlessinger (taken by her old boyfriend) appeared. Later three nudes of Geena Davis (said to have been taken by her ex-husband) appeared. And then came a bunch of explicit nudes of Brigitte Bardot taken by her ex-husband. But at least 99 percent of such pictures are still look-alikes and fakes.

Since these kinds of pictures are usually of amateur "look-alikes", it is very difficult to track down who the person really is in the pictures. In most cases - since the pictures are sexually explicit - they are also OBVIOUS fakes.

Celebrities do NOT pose for explicit sexual pictures.

The Fake Detective and his staff find it nearly impossible to believe that when people see a fake that is supposedly of a famous celebrity engaged in sexual intercourse that anyone actually believes it is a real picture! We have NEVER seen any real pictures of famous celebrities engaged in sexual intercourse - with the exception of video captures from Pamela Anderson's "stolen" tapes.

The pictures said to be of Cindy Crawford are actually pictures of porn star Nikki Dial with a mole painted on her to make her look a bit more like Cindy. The video captures said to be of Amy Jo Johnson are actually some European porn actress in a porn flick called "The Boss's Daughter". The video captures that are supposedly from Barbra Streisand's "porn movie" are some porn star who doesn't even look much like Barbra - except from certain angles.
